Online Admission
These are the steps that you will do if you want to enroll online.
College Students Enrollment Procedure
- Fill out Online Admission form.
- Online Interview. (will be scheduled by the screening committee)
- Pay Enrollment Fee - Php 2,500.00 Send your payment through Palawan, RD Pawnshop, or MLhuillier to: DONA FAITH P. BANGCAYA / 09515308061 / Davao City
- Submit Required Documents. (scan the original documents and send to spbts.osadean@gmail.com)
- The Registrar's Office will send through e-mail or messenger your Certificate of Enrolment (COE) and Enrolment Form with Schedule of Classes. This indicates that you are officially enrolled.
- Forward your Enrolment Form to your respective subject teachers via messenger.
- Meet and interact with your professors and classmates online via Google Classroom.
Onsite Admission
These are the steps that you will do if you want to enroll onsite.
- Strictly, follow the school campus COVID – 19 Protocol / Guidelines for all the employees and staff (QR Code is required upon entering the school campus).
- Fill up the Pre-Admission Form at the Registrar’s Office (Window 1).
- Encoding of Personal Data at the School Information Management System Database (SIMSD, Window 2).
- Submit all the required “Original” Admission Requirements for validation and authentication.
- Pay the amount required at the Business Office (always ask for the Official Receipt).
- Present your O.R. at the Registrar’s Office for the issuance of the Certificate of Enrollment.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Complete compliance with the required requirements for admission are considered “Officially Enrolled”. Only fifteen (15) working days are given to those who did not comply/partially the admission requirements.
